Barwinnock herb nursery

 Barwinnock herb nursery grows culinary herbs, medicinal plants, fragrant leaf plants and wildflowers using organic gardening principles.
Plants are available by mail order or by visiting the herb garden at Barwinnock, Ayrshire, Scotland. There are plants for herbal remedies, gourmet cooking or for dyes, cosmetics and potpourri.
The nursery is open to visitors from April 12th to the end of September, 10am to 5pm. Closed Wednesdays only. Plants are sent out by mail-order as soon as the weather becomes suitable.

 Plants from cuttings Most of the herbs we supply cannot be grown from seed as they are hybrid cultivars or just do not produce viable seed. We propagate from cuttings or by division. None of the plants are annuals, you should grow these from seed yourself See the seed list.
